You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@ridainfoways.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course or program for personal, non-commercial use. Course access is granted for the duration specified at purchase ("Lifetime Access" means access for as long as the course remains available on the Platform).

You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute course content. Simultaneous access from multiple devices may be limited.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on individual courses and programs. To request a refund, contact us at info@ridainfoways.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued for a completed course.

Certificates of Completion are issued upon satisfying all course requirements (completing lessons and passing assessments with the required score). Certificates are issued solely by RIDA Infoways LLC and do not imply endorsement by any third-party certification body unless explicitly stated.

All course content, materials, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to RIDA Infoways LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access courses under your account
• Record, download, or redistribute course videos or materials
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or data-mine any part of the Platform
• Submit false information, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights

Instructors approved by RIDA Infoways LLC agree to additional instructor terms, including content quality standards, revenue share arrangements, and intellectual property licensing. See the Become an Instructor page for details.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDA INFOWAYS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
